Electrical Requirements for Tow Behind Trailers:
- 110 volts with 20-amp service
- Must be only item on circuit
- 50' cords are provided with unit
- No other extensions or cords can be added or used
Notes:
- Delivery charge is $75 per hour within Charlotte (15 mile Radius)
- Certificate of insurance must be provided with Carrier Transicold Mid-Atlantic as the certificate holder with the trailer valued at $20,000.
- Trailer must be returned clean or there will be a $60 cleaning fee.
- Payment will be due up front, or you may apply for credit with our credit department. Applications take 3-5 business days to process.
- If you do not have an accout with us, there is a $300 security deposit for unnecessary service, improper voltage calls, and all cords and controls not being returned. Deposit will be returned in full in unused.
- Carrier Transicold Mid-Atlantic does not assume responsibility for any product inside the trailer
- A class 3 hitch, 2 5/16th ball 7000lb or 9900lb and a 7-prong plug is required on your tow vehicle.
- Trailers can take 2-3 hours to cool to zero temp, depending on the outside temp.
